Application:

1. Before sunbathing: Always apply sun protection products evenly and generously to the skin 20 minutes before sunbathing.

2. Product quantity: To ensure comprehensive protection during sunbathing, an average body requires about 40 ml of sun protection product. This amount should be applied evenly.

3. Avoiding perfume and deodorants: Please never apply additional perfume or deodorants to the skin areas that are exposed uncovered to the sun. This could increase skin sensitivity.

4. Maximum daily dose: After reaching your individual maximum daily dose of sun protection, you should avoid direct sun exposure for the rest of the day. Neither additional application of the cream nor a short break in the shade is enough to sufficiently recover the skin.

5. After contact with water: After spending time in the water and subsequently drying off with a towel, it is strongly recommended to reapply sun protection. This ensures continuous protection and supports the effectiveness of the product.
