No. Your personal data is not handed over to third parties. Exluded are of course third parties envolved in shipping your order or processing your payment. Here the transfer of data is limited to the amount necessary for handling your order.

Where can I direct complaints?

We strive to process your orders as carefully, fast and correctly as possible. If nonetheless your order has not been processed to your full satisfaction simply write an e-mail to: shop@mehr-kosmetik.de or use our contact form. Please give your Order or Invoice-Number and tell us your complaint. All complaints are handled without delay.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Simply click here: Password forgotten.

Then insert your e-mail address and click on 'Continue'. An E-mail will be sent to you, so you can generate a new password.

Why do I need a password?

You need a password to get access to your customer-account. There you can keep yourself informed about the status of your order and if your order has already been shipped. You also can change your personal data, deactivate or activate our newsletter, get an overview of your previous orders and much more.

How can I deactivate/acitvate the newsletter?

Click on 'My account' in the menu above and log in into your customer-account. Then click on 'Change Data' and chose the appropriate option.
