Right to cancel for consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right to cancel as stated as follows, where a consumer is a "natural person" who is acting for the purposes other than those of his trade, business or profession.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the transport company, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us:

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right to cancel

The right of revocation expires prematurely in contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are unsuitable to return for reasons of health or hygiene when they are unsealed after delivery.
