Application:

• For a full bath (150 L.) add 3 Tablespoons or 5 measuring spoons of bath powder to the bathtub and lie back and soak for at least 30-45 minutes or preferably even 1 hour at a temperature of about 37°C. Do not apply a skin care product afterwards - simply relax.
• For a foot bath (7,5 L.) use 1/2 teaspoon of bath powder.

Application:

• Gertraud Gruber Marine Balance Face Pack Mix 1 tablespoon (or 1.5 measuring spoon) of powder with 1/3 tablespoon of water or tea. Apply quickly to the face, neck and décolleté and keep moist with wet compresses.
• After approx. 10 minutes, remove with the face sponge.

Instructions:
