Wellness at Home
Treat yourself to a wellness day or set aside a relaxing evening. Negative stress robs energy and makes you tired. Take a little time for yourself, just switch off! Turn off your cell phone, TV and laptop. Music to help you relax. Aroma oils either drizzled into the warm bathtub or heated in a teapot get into the nose through the steam and on to the emotional center.
Nourishing bath additives such as whey or salts are also great for the bathtub. The bath temperature should not exceed 38c° and the bath should not last longer than 20 min.
If you do not have a bathtub, an extensive salt scrub with oil additive is worthwhile in the shower. The skin will be softened by the oil, dead skin cells will be removed by the salt and the skin will be supplied with minerals at the same time. Your skin will feel wonderfully soft after such a salt peeling.
After the bath or shower, your skin is well supplied with blood and perfectly prepared for a face mask. Apply your favorite face mask, lie down with dim lights and relaxing music, and let the mask sit for 10-15 min (depending on the instructions). Simply breathe away flaring negative thoughts, or push them aside like clouds.
Feel good, recharge your batteries.
