Yes, we ship to countries outside germany. Right now we ship into all EU countries and Switzerland. You can find more details in our » shipping information If you wish shipment into another country please contact us by e-mail: shop@mehr-kosmetik.de. We will then let you know if and to what conditions we will ship.

All orders are sent within three days. If an article is out of stock, delivery can delay, but usually not for more than three additional days. Inside Germany the shipping with Deutsche Post usually takes one day, outside Germany shipping times vary from two to ten days.

We strive to process your orders as carefully, fast and correctly as possible. Please give your Order or Invoice-Number and tell us your complaint. All complaints are handled without delay.
